TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
ACCEPTANCE OF THE CONDITIONS
These general terms and conditions of sale define the contractual relationship between Hanshin-Imports, hereinafter referred to as “we,” on behalf of weds-europe.com i.e. Hanshin-Imports Ltd., hereinafter referred to as the “site,” and any individual or legal entity making a purchase on the site for themselves or a third party, hereinafter referred to as “you.”
Before confirming the order, the customer acknowledges having read the displayed general terms and conditions and declares acceptance of them.
STRIPE
Stripe is the best alternative for online payments. It is very easy to use and highly secure, allowing you to pay by credit card. Once your transaction is validated and accepted by STRIPE, we will process your order.
PREPAYMENT
We also offer the possibility to pay via a red payment slip. Your order will only be processed once the transaction is validated (i.e., the amount has been received).

DELIVERIES
Available items are shipped by post within 48 to 72 business hours after the order amount has been received. Shipping costs depend entirely on the nature of the product you purchase (size and weight). International shipments are always insured. However, Hanshin-Imports is not responsible for any loss or theft during shipment, nor for any additional costs incurred.
DELIVERY TIMES
Available items are shipped within 24 to 48 hours. For unavailable items, delivery time depends on distributor availability. You are encouraged to email us for an estimated delivery time — we strongly recommend this. In case of delay, we will fulfill our obligations as quickly as possible.
PRIVACY & CONFIDENTIALITY
All personal data is handled confidentially and will never be shared with third parties for advertising purposes.
PRODUCTS
Product images on our site are not contractually binding. In the event of errors, Hanshin-Imports cannot be held liable. Product content and technical specifications may differ from information provided by suppliers or shown on our website.
PRICES
Prices on the site are gross amounts, excluding VAT. Shipping costs are not included and appear only when placing an order. Depending on the size/volume/weight of the order, we may need to recalculate shipping costs and inform you of the applicable rates.
ORDER
An order is confirmed once you click the “I confirm my order” button on the final “Payment” tab. Confirmation is effective once you receive an email from weds-europe.com stating that your order is being processed. Hanshin-Imports is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect recipient information.
Anyone placing a private order declares to be at least 18 years old and legally competent or has parental authorization to enter into a contract.
DAMAGE DURING DELIVERY & DELIVERY ERRORS
Transport-related damages must be reported to the carrier upon receipt; otherwise, the customer assumes responsibility for any product damage. While rare, delivery or order errors must be reported within 30 days of receipt. Returns after 30 days will not be accepted or refunded.
RETURNS
In case of delivery error or defective product, a return request via email is required within 30 days after delivery (or 30 days after receipt for ordering errors). After this period, returns will not be accepted.
If a product is defective, we will replace it with an identical or equivalent item if the original is unavailable. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Warranty varies according to the manufacturer’s policy — contact us if needed.
Important: Discounted or special-order items (e.g., imported from Japan) cannot be returned under any circumstances.
However, at Hanshin-Imports’ discretion, if a return is exceptionally accepted, a restocking fee of 20% of the catalog price will apply.
WARRANTIES
Items intended for competition or closed-road use are excluded. Wear-and-tear parts (e.g., brake discs/pads, shocks, bulbs, etc.) are not covered. If in doubt, contact us.
Parts must be installed by a professional registered as a garage. Warranty is valid for 12 months from purchase. Hanshin-Imports does not offer direct warranty — the manufacturer’s warranty applies.
CANCELLATIONS
Please review our cancellation policy before placing an order.
As a customer, you commit to paying the invoice upon placing an order via our website, phone, or email.
Any customer-initiated cancellation — whether the invoice has been paid or not — will result in cancellation fees. This is necessary because parts are often ordered specifically for your order, and cancellation leads to significant costs.
Cancellation/restocking fees are at least CHF 50 or 20% of the product value, depending on the order.
These charges will be invoiced separately and are due upon receipt.
REFUNDS
Once the refund process is approved and validated, the refund will be processed within 30 days after the returned items are received by Hanshin-Imports Sàrl. Items must be in new condition and in original packaging.
Note: Refunds are generally processed at the end of the month of the cancellation.
OUR LIABILITY
Without limiting the scope of these terms, Hanshin-Imports cannot be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use, sale, or content of this site or our products. Hanshin-Imports’ liability is limited to the amount of the order and does not cover errors or omissions despite all precautions taken. Product warranties are at the discretion of the manufacturers.
PERFORMANCE PARTS
Hanshin-Imports, as a performance parts import specialist, provides its expertise and advice. However, Hanshin-Imports is not responsible for incorrect installation or installation carried out by workshops not recommended by us.
DATA PROTECTION
All personal data is treated confidentially and will not be shared with third parties for advertising purposes.
DISPUTES
These general terms and conditions are governed by applicable law.
For all cases not covered by these conditions, the Swiss Code of Obligations applies.
