Thanks for your Feedback.
However, what do you expect for 30Euro caps? Even if they are out of Plastic, they are high quality, made in Japan and have been transported all the way to Europe for you.
If you wanted Metal ones, the price is twice as expensive, if not more (depending on what cap you order).
Regarding custom duties and VAT, that is normal, you have purchased the goods EX VAT (like every other part on our website).
Honestly, your 1star evaluation isn’t fair.
